Trash Pick-Up

The Troy FFA members pick up trash on Highway 935 outside of Troy several times a year.  This is an awesome service activity for the chapter because members are doing their part to take care of the environment and keep our community beautiful.  The chapter often receives thank-you letters from community members for their hard work and efforts.

Teacher Appreciation Day

Each year on the Friday of National FFA Week, Troy FFA members serve pizza and drinks to the faculty and staff of Troy High School.  This event is to show our chapter's appreciation for their hard work and support of our agricultural science program.

Troy Fall Carnival

Every fall, the Troy FFA Greenhands plan and host a booth at the Troy Fall Carnival for the children in the community.  This year's booth was an obstacle course consisting of climbing over hay bales and toe-sack races amongst other things!  The booth is a great way for members to get involved in the community while having fun.

Christmas at Nursing Home

This Christmas, Troy FFA members visited a local nursing home bearing handmade Christmas cards and messages of joy and hope.  Members enjoyed visiting with all the tenants and even sang a few carols to get everyone in the Christmas spirit! vanzari auto
